Our cakes and cupcakes are made with love and care especially for you and we want you to enjoy our products. Please observe the following care instructions to help ensure the product is maintained in optimum condition.
Cake Care
Pick up and carry the cake box from the bottom only – never from the top or sides.
Keep the cake level at all times – during transport, refrigeration and display.
Take the cake out of the refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving and serve at room temperature.
Remove all cake decorations before cutting and serving.
Transport cake on a level surface in and air-conditioned vehicle, protected from sliding. Drive slowly and avoid sudden stops and turns.
Store leftover cake in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Cupcake Care
For Optimum taste consume cupcakes within twenty-four hours.
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat. Extreme heat or cold will cause the cupcakes to spoil sooner. They should be kept below 23°c.

Store leftover cupcakes in an airtight container at room temperature. Please do not refrigerate.
Transport cupcakes in an air conditioned vehicle. Positioned on a level surface away from loose objects. Drive slowly avoiding sudden stops and turns.
Pickup and carry the box from the bottom only. Never from the top or sides. Large boxes may need additional support in the middle from underneath to prevent sagging (and the cupcakes touching or moving).
